To ask the Minister for Health if he will provide a breakdown, in tabular form, of referrals made under the Treatment Abroad Scheme, specifically with regard to persons, where undue delay is being experienced in accessing necessary treatments, for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013; if he will also provide information on costings in respect of treatments provided for under the scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
