519. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if a suitable site has been identified for a new school (details supplied) in County Donegal; if her Department plans to engage with the school's board of management in relation to its plans for the purchase of a site in advance of acquiring it; and if she will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy is aware, my Department is working closely with the relevant Local Authority in relation to acquiring a suitable site for the school to which he refers. A suitable site has been identified and negotiations are ongoing. However, as I am sure the Deputy will appreciate, there are commercial sensitivities associated with land acquisitions generally and I am not in a position to comment further at this time.
