To ask the Minister for Education and Skills further to Parliamentary Question No. 797 of 14 January 2015 if, now that the study into pay scales at the Tyndall Institute in University College Cork has been completed, she will consider the payment of salaries, as recommended by the Labour Court; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The parties agreed that the conclusions of the Tyndall job evaluation exercise could be appealed to an independent Appeals Officer. When this process is completed the parties will engage in relation to the implementation of the final outcome of the job evaluation exercise.
