52. To ask the Minister for Finance his views regarding whether it is appropriate that the Revenue Commissioners would deduct the tax credits of a person (details supplied) in County Dublin because the person did not pay enough tax in 1998, despite the fact that they had got balancing statements for all of the subsequent years. I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that following direct engagement from the person concerned and having regard to all of the circumstances, an amended certificate of tax credits issued to him on 30 January 2015 reflecting the full tax credits to which he is entitled.
