660. To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht further to Parliamentary Question No. 257 of 15 January 2015, if any property is owned by Údarás na Gaeltachta in the location; if so, if the details of the purchase and maintenance costs of any such property, including greenfield sites, will be provided; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I understand from Údarás na Gaeltachta that the organisation owns one site of approximately 2.9 acres in An Clochán, Co. Kerry which was purchased in May 1981. The purchase price was £8,200 (approximately €10,412). Údarás has confirmed that there have not been any maintenance costs with regard to the site.
