The provision of art works associated with capital projects funded through my Department’s capital programmes is a matter primarily for the relevant local authority. Details in relation to the scheme are available on the Publications page of my Department’s website at

. It is stated in the circular letter to local authorities that the allocation for the art project under the scheme should be calculated on the basis of the overall construction cost of the project.
