413. To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been brought to a complaint (details supplied) made to the Health Service Executive; the actions taken to ensure such a situation does not arise again; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3919/15]

Both the Health Service Executive and the Carers Association have comprehensive complaints procedures in place. It is suggested that this matter should be taken up directly with the HSE in the first instance.
