To ask the Minister for Health if he will examine a proposal by the Irish Fire and Emergency Services Association that an integrated fire-based emergency medical services on a national basis would address many of the problems in the National Ambulance Service identified in a new Health Service Executive report on the services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
