To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to a shortage in availability of agency nurses trained in the correct management of tracheotomies; the measures he will take to address same; the total number of respite and home care package situations which the Health Service Executive is utilising agency nurses for; the total number of these which require training in tracheotomy application and supervision; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
