To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of licences that have been seized by gardaí under section 60 of the Road Traffic Act 2010 where the member had reasonable grounds for believing that the driver had been disqualified; and if she will report on the number of these concerned drivers who have been prosecuted for driving while disqualified.
