The table sets out the amount spent on special advisors employed by the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform since its establishment in July 2011.
Salary Cost | Employer PRSI | Other (Allowances etc) | Total Cost | |
---|---|---|---|---|
2011 (July-Dec.) | 98,327 | 9621 | 0 | 107,948 |
2012 | 199,215 | 19,507 | 0 | 218,722 |
2013 | 196,684 | 19,364 | 0 | 216,048 |
2014 | 190,925 | 18,837 | 0 | 209,762 |
Total | 685,151 | 67,329 | 0 | 752,480 |
Given that my Department was only established in July 2011, it is not possible to provide a historical comparison for the years 2007-2010.
