The person named was approved for participation in the 2011 Agri-Environment Options Scheme (AEOS 2) with effect from 1stSeptember 2011 and payments have issued in respect of the 2011 and 2012 Scheme years. Under the EU Regulations governing the Scheme and other area-based payment schemes, a comprehensive administrative check, including cross-checks with the Land Parcel Identification System, must be completed before any payment can issue. During these checks, in respect of the 2013 scheme year, an issue was identified with regard to the Capital Investment element of the claim. Following a field visit by a Department Official the issue has now been satisfactorily resolved. 75% payment in respect of the 2013 scheme year issued to the person named on the 12thJanuary 2015 and the balancing 25% payment will follow on in due course.
