I propose to take Questions Nos. 1065 and 1066 together.
Two General Schemes of Bills have been subject to pre-legislative scrutiny by the Oireachtas as set out in the Table below. It is expected that the Bills will be published in the coming weeks.

National Concert Hall Bill | To give statutory status to the National Concert Hall, in line with the governance and accountability regime that applies to other national cultural institutions. | 15 April 2014 |
In addition, two General Schemes of Bills have also been submitted for pre-legislative scrutiny by the Oireachtas as set out in the Table below:
