As the Deputy is aware, the draft Regional Airports Programme 2015-2019 is currently with the EU Commission for consideration and approval. My Department is engaged with the Commission in its  examination and there have been a total of eleven interactions with respect to the draft Programme to date. While I am hopeful the clarification process will be concluded by February, the approval of the Programme is a matter for the EU Commission.
