To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of driver CPC training organisations found in breach of regulations during premises inspections conducted by a company (details supplied) during 2012 , 2013 and 2014; and the number of driver CPC trainers whose services were terminated for breaches of regulations following services class these inspections during 2012, 2013 and 2014. Oversight of the driver CPC system is the statutory responsibility of the Road Safety Authority.  I have therefore referred the question to the Authority for direct reply.  I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
