To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of driver CPC training organisations found in breach of regulations during premises inspections conducted by Competence Assurance Solutions during 2012-13 and 2014; and the number of driver CPC trainers whose services were terminated for breaches of regulations following Competence Assurance Services Class inspections during 2012-13 and 2014. Oversight of the driver CPC regime is the statutory responsibility of the Road Safety Authority.  I have therefore referred the question to the Authority for direct reply.  I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
