My Department is pro-active in monitoring transposition of EU Directives. Transposition is monitored through a central tracking system and monitoring of transpositions carried out by the Department of An Taoiseach. Information for the period up to the end of 2015 is being collated and will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as it is available.
