To ask the Minister for Health the action his Department or the Health Service Executive has taken to date in 2015 to resolve the issues raised by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny regarding their care while in the psychiatric services in County Kilkenny; if the information sought by them has been granted in full; if he will expedite the matter as the ongoing issues are having a negative effect on their health.
