To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will provide in tabular form, per annum, since 2009 and to date in 2014, the total number of freedom of information requests received by his Department; the total refused; the total granted; the total part granted; the total appealed; the total successful appeals; the total part successful appeals; the total refusals; and if he will make a statement on the matter. For 2014, 20 Requests from the total of 93 remain to be decided (these are largely the most recent requests received) and 2 of the 5 appeals received are not yet concluded.
