To ask the Minister for Health the reason a child cannot simultaneously occupy a place on a list for occupational therapy and a place on the waiting list for access to child and adolescent mental health services; if it is permissible for one service to deny treatment based on the fact that a child has attempted to access another service; if not, if he will investigate this matter (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
