To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 672 of 8 July 2014, if there were regulations made in relation to quorum requirements for fitness to practice hearings by An Bord Altranais; if this means that any fitness to practice inquiries that took place were operating outside of any legal framework; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
