As the Deputy's question relates to service matters, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive (HSE) for direct reply to the Deputy. 153. To ask the Minister for Health the reason the parent of a child (details supplied) in Dublin 22 has not yet received a reply from the Clondalkin mental health service to a request for a full assessment, despite the fact that said request was submitted in July 2014. [48510/14]
