58. To ask the Minister for Finance if he will provide an itemised list of all disposals made by the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation prior to the appointment of a special liquidator; the original value of the liability or loan concerned, in each case; the amount realised at disposal; the method the disposal was made through incluidng examinership, receivership, direct sale or other; the date at which the disposal was made; if he will provide the same information in respect of the period IBRC has been in special liquidation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. With regards to the information requested on those transactions that have taken place both prior and since the appointment of the Special Liquidators, I am advised that this information is considered commercially sensitive and therefore will not be releasing the information.

However, the Special Liquidators prepared a progress report in June of this year which includes details in relation to the sales process concluded by the Special Liquidators up to the date of this report (6th June 2014). The progress report is published on the Department of Finance website ().

Furthermore, under Section 306 of the Companies Act, the Special Liquidators are required to send to the registrar of companies a statement containing the prescribed particulars about the proceedings in and position of the liquidation of IBRC after 2 years from the date IBRC was put into liquidation (6 February 2013).
