To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 381 of 23 September 2014 if he will provide a long-term transport arrangement in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, in view of the fact that the public transport system does not meet the person's needs and the cost is causing some hardship; and if a Health Service Executive official will contact the person to arrange a suitable transport plan as a matter of urgency.
