To ask the Minister for Health if he will provide an update on the plans for a new programme for managing hospital waiting lists to be piloted in 2015; if further consideration has been provided to piloting such a programme in the Saolta Hospital Group in the west in view of the fact that the concept of hospital groups was piloted in this region.
