To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 92 of 27 November 2014, if he will instruct officials in his Department to issue a query letter in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the person has not received a written query regarding their single farm payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application under the 2014 Single Payment Scheme was received from the person named in my Department on 24 April 2014. Following processing, an error was identified in respect of one land parcel declared on the application. A query letter recently issued dated 25 November 2014 notifying the person named of the error and outlining what is required in order to finalise the application for payment.

I have arranged for the query letter to be reissued. Upon receipt of a satisfactory reply any payments due will issue to the nominated bank account of the person named.
