To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if the National Transport Authority may specify from what date it has in place an internationally recognised independent system for monitoring the delivery of every service in the landing boards or routes in accordance with the specified obligations in the Bus Éireann public service obligation contracts since 1 December 2009; the number of breaches of contract if any recorded and the sanctions imposed on Bus Éireann for such breaches; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
