108. To ask the Minister for Health if he will provide in tabular form, the number of staff in his data protection office; if he has a specified data protection officer; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [44729/14]

The Department does not have a Data Protection office. However, the role of Data Controller in ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act lies with one member of staff within the ICT Unit.
