To ask the Minister for Health the position regarding the post of consultant psychiatrist at the child and adolescent mental health service in the Health Service Executive south Lee catchment area; the length of time the position has been vacant; the steps being taken to fill the vacancy; the measures in place in the interim to ensure that a service may be provided, especially in urgent cases; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
