112. To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 101 of 24 June 2014, if she will provide a further update on the engagement between the Courts Service and An Garda Síochána regarding notifications being made by the courts to members of An Garda Síochána of incidents of non-compliance with section 22 of the Road Traffic Act 2002, as amended, by offenders appearing in court charged with road traffic offences who fail to provide their driving licences at court appearances; if a mechanism has now been developed in order that such prosecutions can take place; and to provide a timeframe of when prosecutions of this kind may begin to be initiated.
