To ask the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) has not received their medical scientist training allowance considering that the Health Service Executive has in the past confirmed to all health sector employers that student medical scientists on placement must be paid the monthly training allowance as set out in the Department of Health's consolidated salary scales; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
