235. To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the trade arrangements that exist between Ireland and the United States; the tariffs that exist between Ireland and the US in respect of trade; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [43080/14]

Trade arrangements between Ireland and the United States are governed by the EU’s Common Commercial Policy under Article 207 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. The rules and requirements with the United States are set at EU level. The arrangements that are currently in place, including the tariffs that apply, can be found on the EU Commission’s website at .
