To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if he will introduce legislation to strengthen unmarried fathers' rights to obtain access to their children, for them to be consulted on the country of residence for their children, the rights they have if their children are taken out of the country without their consent by the mother; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
