To ask the Minister for Health the reason a child, voluntarily placed in residential care by Tulsa (details supplied) did not receive a visit or assessment by the child and adolescent mental health service personnel until six months after their placement; the reason this child has not had psychiatric or psychological interventions from the Health Service Executive in the year since they were placed in care; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
