643. To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 79 of 15 October 2014, and following on from the disclosure that the patient in question will have to wait five months for a place in the National Rehabilitation Hospital, if there are alternatives to rehabilitation in the NRH for example in other jurisdictions that the Health Service Executive would fund; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy's question relates to service matters, I have arranged for the Deputy's question to be referred to the Health Service Executive (HSE) for investigation and direct reply. If the Deputy has not received a reply from the HSE within 15 working days, he can contact my Private Office and they will follow up the matter with the HSE.
