To ask the Minister for Health if he will provide a breakdown for each acute hospital of the unpaid patient bills at 1 January 2014; a breakdown for each acute hospital of the unpaid patient bills currently; the amount which has been written off by each hospital at each of these two dates; the amount sought by debt recovery agencies at both periods in time; the amounts awaiting sign-off by a consultant for both periods; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
