To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 661 of 17 September 2014, the number of people in the years 2011, 2012, 2013 and up to 12 September 2014 who were detected by An Garda Síochána contrary to section 3(1) of the Road Traffic Act 2006 and who paid the fixed charge notices within 56 days; the reasons for those detected who did not pay the fine within the 56 days and who were not summoned to court.
