87. To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the public services and semi-State companies under the remit of his Department that deliver bonuses to staff that need improvement. [41122/14]

No bonuses are paid to any staff in my Department. I have asked all Agencies under the aegis of my Department to clarify whether their pay structures incorporate any element of bonus payments and, if so, for details of the circumstances in which any such bonuses may be paid.
I will communicate this information to the Deputy as soon as it is available.
