57. To ask the Minister for Finance the position of the European Central Bank in respect of accepting senior National Asset Management Agency bonds as collateral, if he will confirm that the ECB will accept these bonds as collateral until 2020; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The ECB currently accepts NAMA Senior Bonds as eligible collateral and has done so since 2010. Provided that these bonds continue to meet the ECB's eligible asset criteria, the expectation is that they will continue to be accepted as eligible collateral.
