To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the recently published Irish Heart Foundation report Towards Earlier Discharge, Better Outcomes, Lower Cost: Stroke Rehabilitation in Ireland; if he will consider taking on some of the recommendations and implementing them; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am aware of the recently published Irish Heart Foundation report Towards Earlier Discharge, Better Outcomes, Lower Cost: Stroke Rehabilitation in Ireland. The implementation of any recommendations of that Report are within the remit of the HSE, who will respond further to the Deputy.
