To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of farmers in Counties Mayo and Roscommon who have received letters regarding overpayment of disadvantaged areas scheme; the reason for the delay in issuing these letters in the context of DAS being paid in October 2013; the total amount of money outstanding in Counties Mayo and Roscommon; the arrangements that have been made for farmers with large repayment demands to spread the cost over time; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
