150. To ask the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the changes in service delivery being put in place by the board of the Alzheimer's Society which is funded by the Health Executive Service and taxpayers' money. [36084/14]

To ask the Minister for Health if it is acceptable for the board of the Alzheimer's Society to spend a significant portion of its €11 million Health Service Executive funding and taxpayers' money on legal fees instead of the provision of badly-needed services to dementia patients; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
