To ask the Taoiseach the number of administrative arrangements, as opposed to contracts for service, his Department is a party to; if he will provide in tabular form the party or parties to the administrative arrangement; the duration of these administrative arrangements; the cost recovery value of these administrative arrangements; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is not a party to any administrative arrangements. Procurement of services by my Department is carried out under procedures set out by the Office of Government Procurement and EU Procurement rules. These procedures are designed to ensure that competitive processes are in place to select the providers of services which represent the best value to my Department.
