The Earnings, Hours and Employment Costs Survey (EHECS) collects quarterly information from enterprises with 3 or more employees. While gender and age are not collected and are therefore not available, there were an estimated 68,100 employees earning the minimum wage of €8.65 or below in Q1 2014.
