To ask the Minister for Health if he will appoint a senior clinical nurse to the purpose-built mental health facility in Kenmare, County Kerry as this facility remains unused 15 months after it was built because the Health Service Executive has been unable to employ a specialist senior clinical nurse to manage the much needed amenity; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
