266. To ask the Minister for Finance the original number of debtor connections managed by the National Asset Management Agency after it had concluded the acquisition of loans from the financial institutions from 2010 to 2012; and the number of debtor connections currently managed at NAMA, following a number of recent disposals of assets by NAMA. [34247/14]

At the end of 2011, after it had acquired all of its loans, NAMA managed 775 debtor connections. Arising from loan and portfolio sales and a refinancing of loans by some debtors, NAMA currently manages 676 connections.

267. To ask the Minister for Finance the number of debtor connections being managed by the National Asset Management Agency whose loans have been foreclosed upon. [34248/14]

I am advised by NAMA that, as at end-August 2014, 427 insolvency appointments had been made across a total of 327 debtor connections.  Of these debtor connections, 210 debtor connections are fully enforced whilst 117 debtor  connections are partially enforced.
