The correspondence to which the Deputy refers relates to a process in respect of pension benefits.

Officials in my Department and in the relevant body have addressed the matter in accordance with the terms of the pension scheme and relevant circulars and the person to whom the Deputy referred has been informed of the outcome of the internal disputes resolution procedure. The person to whom the Deputy referred was also provided with all relevant information in respect of the Pensions Ombudsman.
