To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 213 of 12 June 2014 and 874 of 30 April 2014, when the last mini-competition, as opposed to a panel under a framework agreement, was held by the Health Service Executive for the awarding of an actual contract for the provision of taxi services in Cork city and county Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
