The financial institution concernedhas informed me that it has been dealing with this matter for a number of years and that further detail regarding the specifics of this case were posted by the financial institution to Mr Brendan Griffin TD last Friday 11th July 2014 (under customer consent), prior to receipt of this parliamentary question on 15th July 2014. The financial institution concerned will continue to engage with the Deputy with regards to any further queries which may arise post receipt of the letter.
