193. To ask the Minister for Finance if he will provide an update on the €20 million investment being made by the National Asset Management Agency in an extension to the Scotch Hall shopping centre in Drogheda, County Louth; the number of jobs that will be created or maintained by the investment; whether that investment has been delayed or cancelled in view of the fact that no new works have commenced on the site, despite expectations that works would have commenced at the start of 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am advised by NAMA that its position in this matter is set out on page 29 of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2012.  NAMA advises that it would be inappropriate to comment in any further detail given that this is a commercial matter between it and its debtor.
